Dr. Natalee Forman

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Natalee Forman is a passionate mixed animal practitioner, with a D.V.M. from the University of Missouri, who focuses on preventative care, surgery, client education, and promoting WSAVA-compliant diets for optimal pet health.

Dr. Natalee Forman is passionate about both small and large animals alike. Dr. Forman obtained her bachelor’s degree in animal science from Utah State University before going on to achieve her D.V.M. from the University of Missouri’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She is most interested in preventative care, client education, surgery, and equine/large animal medicine. Dr. Forman chose to work at Elko Veterinary Clinic so that she could be a successful mixed animal practitioner and offer the gold standard of care, as well as be closer to home. Her advice to owners is to feed a WSAVA-compliant diet; by doing so, you will ensure your pet is being fed a nutritionally complete, balanced diet, as well as greatly reduce the risk of taurine-deficient dilated cardiomyopathy.

Outside of work, Dr. Forman enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs and reading. She also likes camping, horseback riding, and generally being outdoors.
